Lead Generation Specialist

We have never missed a payroll date in 14 years. We are looking for energetic Lead Generation Specialists to join our inbound international team in Gulistan-e-Johar.

Your Role:

• Inbound Response: Manage incoming inquiries from global customers interested in our US-based services.
• Qualify & Convert: Identify customer needs and verify interest to create high-quality "hot leads."
• Strategic Transfer: Seamlessly hand off qualified prospects to our Senior Sales team for closing.
• Zero Cold Calling: Every interaction starts with a customer who has already expressed interest.

Requirements:

• 6+ months of experience in International Customer Support, BPO, or Sales.
• Clear, confident English communication skills.
• Strong rapport-building ability for high-velocity inbound environments.
• Reliable availability for the permanent Night Shift (06:00 PM – 02:00 AM).
