Lead Generation Specialist

Position Title: Lead Generation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients via LinkedIn, CRM databases, email campaigns, and outbound calls.
  • Qualify inbound/outbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Conduct outreach through personalized emails, cold calls, and social selling.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings or demos with the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate tracking of all activities within the CRM.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to improve lead generation strategies.

Technical Ownership:

  • Manage email infrastructure (domains, inboxes, sending accounts).
  • Set up and maintain SPF, DKIM, DMARC for deliverability.
  • Handle email warm-up tools (Mailreach, Lemwarm, Instantly, etc.).
  • Safely scale and migrate email accounts/domains across tools (e.g., Mailreach → Apollo).
  • Build and optimize outbound sequences (email + LinkedIn).
  • Monitor and improve deliverability metrics (open, reply, bounce rates).

Key Specifications:

  • 4+ years in B2B lead generation / SDR / outbound sales.
  • Proven experience in prospecting and pipeline generation.
  • Strong understanding of email deliverability and domain setup.
  • Hands-on experience with Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRMs.
  • Experience with warm-up tools and inbox rotation strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in SaaS / tech / digital services.
  • Familiarity with Smartlead, Instantly, Outreach.
  • Basic automation skills (Python, Zapier, APIs).
  • Understanding of ABM and outbound scaling strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs230,000.00 per month
