Lead Generation Specialist

Job Overview

Callus Digital is looking for a skilled and proactive Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience finding high-quality leads from multiple online platforms and marketplaces for digital services such as website design, logo design, SEO, social media marketing, and e-commerce development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads from platforms including:
  • Bark
  • Thumbtack
  • Facebook
  • LinkedIn
  • Upwork
  • Fiverr
  • Craigslist
  • Other relevant marketplaces and social platforms
  • Identify potential clients interested in digital services
  • Filter and organize leads based on quality and project requirements
  • Communicate with prospects through messages, emails, and social media
  • Maintain daily lead reports and CRM updates
  • Work closely with the sales team to maximize conversions

Required Skills

  • Experience in lead generation and online prospecting
  • Knowledge of digital services industry
  • Strong communication and research skills
  • Familiarity with Facebook groups, marketplaces, and freelance platforms
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets
  • Basic understanding of website design, SEO, branding, and e-commerce services is a plus
