CRM Tools: Zoho, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Lead Generation Specialist with a proven track record in selling HR Technology solutions. This role is pivotal in building a qualified sales pipeline, engaging HR decision-makers, and supporting the sales team to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and industry events.

- Identify HR pain points in areas such as compliance, upskilling, technical screening, and performance management, mapping them to Sevnest.com solutions.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM data, scheduling demos with the sales team.

- Achieve and exceed monthly lead-generation targets.

Requirements

- 2–8 years of experience in HR SaaS lead generation.

- Strong understanding of HR processes within the Indian market.

- Proficiency in CRM and prospecting tools, including Zoho, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

- Excellent communication skills in English

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
