Lead Generation Specialist (International Medical Billing Campaign)

We are seeking a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our medical billing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and generating leads to support our sales team in acquiring new clients. This role requires strong communication, research, and prospecting skills, particularly in the US healthcare and medical billing industry.

Key Responsibilities

Research and identify potential clients in the healthcare industry (clinics, practices, hospitals, etc.).

Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other channels.

Understand client needs and present basic information about medical billing services.

Schedule appointments and transfer qualified leads to the sales team.

Maintain and update lead database/CRM with accurate information.

Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.

Provide feedback on lead quality and market insights.

Requirements

Previous experience in lead generation, B2B sales, or cold calling (experience in medical billing industry preferred).

Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).

Ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
