Hiring: Lead Generation Specialist (Non-Upwork Leads)
Kaizen Global is looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who can generate high-quality leads beyond Upwork using platforms like LinkedIn, email outreach, social media, and direct research.

Location: 6th Road, Rawalpindi
Timings: 9 am to 5 pm
Salary: 55k to 65k

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, cold email, social channels, and online research.
• Build targeted outreach lists and maintain an organized lead database.
• Work with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience, preferably in the IT Industry.
• Strong skills in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email prospecting, CRM tools, and data research.
• Proven ability to bring leads from channels other than Upwork.
• Good communication and research skills.
