We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Lead Generation Executive who will connect with potential property owners, encourage them to sell their properties through our platform, and generate high-quality leads using available data sources. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and the creativity to hook and convert leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call customers and property owners to encourage them to sell their properties through our platform.
  • Analyse available data and identify potential sellers.
  • Work with CRM tools and online platforms to source, verify, and qualify leads.
  • Write professional and persuasive emails to reach out to potential sellers.
  • Execute email outreach campaigns to generate and nurture leads.
  • Maintain organised lead lists, follow-ups, and communication records.
  • Develop creative approaches to hook customers and improve conversion rates.
  • Communicate in excellent spoken and written English.
  • Demonstrate strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Use tech tools efficiently and show strong tech literacy.
  • Work with data from different platforms to find opportunities and generate leads.
  • Ideally have experience in lead generation, or real estate outreach

Requirements

  • Excellent English (spoken and written) — must be able to communicate confidently and professionally.
  • Strong organisational and follow-up skills to manage multiple leads efficiently.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to work with CRM tools, lead lists, and online platforms.
  • Analytical mindset to work with data and identify potential seller opportunities.
  • Persuasive communication skills with the ability to influence and hook customers.
  • Experience in lead generation or real estate outreach is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
