Customer Success Executive

Company: Veclar Technologies (Pvt.) Ltd.
Location: Rawalpindi (On-site)
Shift: U.S. Night Shift — 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (PKT)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Hourly Rate: PKR 16,000
Monthly Salary: PKR 150,000 – 180,000 (based on experience)
Additional Benefits: Performance-based commissions in USD

Position Overview

We are looking for a Customer Success Executive to strengthen client relationships, streamline onboarding processes, and support ongoing sales operations. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication abilities, a customer-centric mindset, and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced global business setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with U.S.-based clients.
  • Communicate with potential clients via phone, email, and CRM platforms.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Manage client onboarding and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Maintain accurate communication logs and client records within the CRM.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree (graduates preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Business Development, or Client Relations.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and experience handling B2B communications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in SaaS or CRM-driven environments.
  • Prior experience working with U.S. or Canadian clients.
  • Professional communication skills for phone and email interactions.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and adaptable to evolving business needs.
