About the Role

This internship is for students and fresh graduates who want hands-on experience in Upwork bidding, proposal writing, and client communication.

Commission Opportunity: Earn up to 5% commission on every successful deal you close and your effort directly impacts your earnings.

Key Responsibilities

• Find relevant projects on Upwork & similar platforms
• Assist in writing and submitting proposals
• Communicate with international clients
• Maintain bidding and client records

Requirements

• Students or fresh graduates (Business, Marketing, IT, or related)
• Good English communication skills
• Willingness to learn and follow guidance
• Basic understanding of freelancing platforms (plus)

Location, Timing & Compensation

• I-10/3, Islamabad (On-site)
• 3 Months | Full-time
• Unpaid + Commission (up to 5%)
