Location: Islamabad I-8 markaz
Salary: 50-60,000 + Attractive Commission

We are looking for a motivated and confident Study Visa Consultant to join our team. This is an on-site position for candidates who are passionate about guiding students toward international education opportunities. The role offers a competitive basic salary plus an attractive commission structure, allowing high performers to earn significantly more.

As a Study Visa Consultant, you will be responsible for counseling students, understanding their academic goals, and assisting them throughout the application and visa process. You will represent our organization professionally and ensure each client receives clear, accurate, and timely guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students regarding study-abroad options, admission requirements, and suitable programs.
• Guide students through the entire process: program selection, documentation, application submission, and visa filing.
• Maintain updated knowledge of visa policies, university requirements, and international education pathways.
• Conduct in-person consultations, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling (on-site).
• Maintain student files, records, and documentation with accuracy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students and families.
• Meet monthly student enrollment and visa filing targets.
• Provide professional guidance and solve queries with patience and clarity.
• Collaborate with the team to improve service quality and meet organizational goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree
• Experience in counseling, customer service, or visa consultancy is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and meet performance targets.
• Confidence, professionalism, and a student-focused approach.
• Basic knowledge of international study destinations (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe and UK specially.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills. from guiding to documentation to visa process.
