We’re Hiring: Customer Support & Sales Agents for a UK based Airline Ticketing call center at I-10, Islamabad.

We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Customer Support Representatives with at least 2 years to handle inbound calls regarding ticketing inquiries. RESPONSIBILITIES

Arranging Flights and Holiday Packages

Flights Search/Bookings using SABRE and AMADEUS

Dealing with Customer Queries - Inbound Calls

Sending Bookings, Tickets, Packages to the clients

Checking Fare Rules for Itinerary Change/Refund

Able to communicate in Fluent English (over the calls and emails)

* Bonus on targets

* Regular Separate Commissions

* Timings: 3pm - 12am

* On-site Job

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
