Job Description

Dotmedia is hiring a TeleSales Expert with strong communication skills and proven sales calling experience. If you can confidently handle calls, follow-ups, objections, and close deals, this role is for you.

Job Details

• Location: Dotmedia, D-Chowk, Islamabad
• Job Type: Full-Time (Onsite)
• Salary: PKR 40,000 – 50,000 (based on experience and skills)
• Experience Required: Minimum 3 years (TeleSales / Sales Calling)
• Languages: Urdu & English (Fluent)

Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls and convert leads into customers
• Handle inbound inquiries and guide customers professionally
• Pitch services confidently and clearly
• Maintain lead records, follow-ups, and daily call logs
• Meet weekly and monthly sales targets
• Handle objections and close sales effectively
• Communicate with customers via call/WhatsApp/email when required
• Coordinate with internal team for customer onboarding

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in TeleSales or Call Center Sales
• Strong communication and convincing skills (Urdu & English)
• Target-driven and confident in closing deals
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of CRM / lead management tools is a plus
