Job Title: Lead Generation Executive (In-Person)

Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our on-site team. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating contact, and generating qualified leads through face-to-face interaction, field visits, and networking opportunities. This position requires strong communication skills, confidence, and the ability to build professional relationships in person.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective clients through field visits, events, and direct outreach.
• Generate and qualify leads to support the sales team.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings to present the company’s products and services.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in the CRM system.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to enhance lead generation strategies.
• Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
• Represent the company professionally at networking events, seminars, and business meetings.
• Follow up with potential clients to maintain relationships and convert interest into opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, field sales, or business development (fresh graduates may also apply).
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in approaching and engaging potential clients in person.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented attitude.
• Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to travel locally for meetings and field visits.

Working Conditions
