Project Sales Executive (Construction Projects) – Islamabad & Rawalpindi

We are looking for a Project Sales Executive to visit under-construction houses, renovations, and commercial projects in Islamabad & Rawalpindi, build relationships with all stakeholders, collect complete project data, and convert projects into sales for our door, kitchen, furniture and wardrobe hardware + interior solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1) Daily Field Visits & Lead Generation

  • Visit new houses, villas, apartments, plazas, offices, renovations and active construction sites daily in assigned sectors/areas.
  • Identify projects early and stay connected until selection and purchase.

2) Project Data Collection (Same-Day Entry)

Collect and record complete information from each site:

  • Owner/client name & contact
  • Contractor/Builder name & contact
  • Architect name & contact
  • Interior designer name & contact
  • Site location, project type, stage, timeline, estimated requirements
  • Interested categories (door hardware, kitchen/wardrobe systems, wallpaper, flooring, etc.)
  • Enter data in company sheet/CRM the same day with correct details.

3) Stakeholder Meetings & Relationship Building

  • Meet and build working relationships with owners, contractors, architects, designers, site supervisors.
  • Introduce company, brands, product range, quality, warranty, and service.

4) Product Presentation & Solution Selling

  • Share catalogs, samples, and suitable options based on project stage and budget.
  • Guide customers on complete solutions (door + kitchen + wardrobe + interiors) to increase basket size.

5) Quotation, Coordination & Closing

  • Coordinate with showroom team for quotations, product availability, and pricing.
  • Bring clients to showroom or arrange site selection.
  • Support closing and ensure correct items are finalized (specs, finishes, quantities).

6) Follow-up & Pipeline Management

  • Maintain follow-ups via visits/calls/WhatsApp.
  • Track each project from lead → meeting → quotation → order → delivery.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years experience in field sales / project sales (construction, interiors, building materials preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Must be comfortable meeting professionals (architects/designers/contractors)
  • Basic ability to use smartphone tools (WhatsApp, Google Sheets/CRM Zoho)
  • Own transport preferred (bike/car) for daily field visits
  • Presentable, punctual, disciplined
