Job Title: Lead Graphic Designer

Job Summary

Lead the creative design function across branding, digital, print, animation, gaming visuals, and AI-generated content while ensuring strong brand consistency and high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain brand guidelines, visual identity, and styling
• Create creative and conceptual key visuals as per brand guidelines
• Design and animate logos and brand elements
• Create video animations for marketing and digital platforms
• Design game screens including environment, UI, and layouts
• Create character concepts and character animations
• Design and manage print materials (brochures, posters, packaging, etc.)
• Generate AI-based images for branding and marketing use
• Create AI-generated videos for campaigns and presentations
• Develop AI-generated characters and animations
• Review and ensure quality and consistency of all design outputs
• Guide and support junior designers when required
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in graphic design or visual design
• Strong knowledge of branding, creative design, and visual storytelling
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Experience in game design, UI design, and character animation
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for image, video, and character generation
• Knowledge of print design standards and production
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Experience in gaming, digital products, or interactive media
• Knowledge of 3D tools (Blender, Cinema 4D) is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
