We’re looking for a Lead Graphic Designer / Production Artist to join our growing creative team — someone who takes pride in high-quality, detail-oriented design work and enjoys turning ideas into clean, effective visual assets.

Position Overview

In this role, you’ll work closely with our Creative Director, marketing team, and design staff to produce visually compelling materials that align with our clients’ brands. Guided by the Creative Director’s vision, you will lead and support the design team, ensuring projects move smoothly through the production process and deadlines are consistently met. You’ll play a key role in maintaining creative consistency, quality, and efficiency across all deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce and revise digital and print assets — including social media graphics, direct mail templates, emails, presentations, and brochures.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all designs.
  • Resize, adapt, and optimize graphics for multiple platforms and formats.
  • Support team workflows with file organization, version control, and final asset preparation.
  • Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure timely, high-quality output.
  • Stay current with design trends and contribute creative ideas for future campaigns.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design and/or print production.
  • 1+ years of professional experience overseeing a team of designers
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Proficiency in video editing is not required but extremely beneficial.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
  • Strong grasp of typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with print production and preparing files for press.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
