Lead Graphic Designer - Work Together

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Creative Lead Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will oversee the design projects, establish creative direction, and ensure the brand's visual identity is maintained across all platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life, from concept through execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creative process from conceptualization to execution for all graphic design projects.
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all visual communications.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and other teams to deliver engaging and effective designs.
• Oversee and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and inspiration.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
• Stay updated on current design trends and tools, and integrate them into the workflow.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a lead or senior role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative design projects.
• Solid understanding of branding principles and best practices in design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 6 to 10 years of experience in graphic design, with at least a few years in a leadership role.
• Experience working in a hybrid work environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.

• Experience with motion graphics and video editing.
• Knowledge of web and digital design, including UI/UX principles.
