Role Overview
The Techno-Functional Lead will be responsible for delivering all aspects of Finance, Human Resources, Enterprise Planning, and Sustainability transformation within a major ERP program at an international airport, focused on Oracle Fusion. The role will drive process design, automation, and integration of Finance, HR, and Enterprise Planning modules, and coordinate with data management, change management, sustainability, and system integration teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesProcess Design, Automation & Enterprise Planning
· Lead the design and optimization of Finance, HR, and Enterprise Planning processes, leveraging Oracle Fusion best practices for Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Learning, GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Enterprise Planning.
· Identify and implement automation opportunities in employee lifecycle management, payroll processing, and talent acquisition, financial closing, reporting, and compliance.
· Develop and maintain process documentation and user guides for Finance and HR modules along with the organization change management team for the project.
· Alignment with approved Target operating model for Finance and HR modules.
· Oversee the implementation and optimization of EPM functionalities, including budgeting, forecasting, scenario modeling, and long-term strategic planning.
· Identify and implement automation opportunities in planning cycles, financial consolidation, and performance management.
· Support the development of rolling forecasts, driver-based planning, and predictive analytics for airport operations.
· Ensure EPM supports regulatory compliance, audit requirements, and management reporting.
System Integration & Data Coordination
· Collaborate with the data team to ensure accurate migration and validation of HR, Finance, and Planning data from legacy systems.
· Coordinate with system integration streams to ensure Finance, HR, and Planning modules are integrated with other relevant modules in Oracle Fusion.
· Oversee end-to-end testing of Finance, HR, and Planning integrations and resolve related issues.
Sustainability Management
· Integrate sustainability objectives and ESG frameworks into Finance, HR, and Planning processes, ensuring alignment with airport and corporate sustainability strategies.
· Support the development and implementation of sustainability initiatives, including decarbonization roadmaps, utility forecasting, and resource optimization.
· Collaborate with sustainability teams to track and report on sustainability KPIs, compliance, and performance improvements.
· Ensure ERP solutions support sustainability data capture, reporting, and analytics.
Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management
· Act as the primary liaison for Finance, HR, Planning, and Sustainability with business leads, IT, and external partners.
· Facilitate workshops and training sessions for process alignment and user adoption across Finance, HR, Planning, and Sustainability workstreams.
· Support change management initiatives, including communication plans and training for all relevant users.
Project Delivery & Governance
· Develop and manage project plans and deliverables for Finance, HR, Planning, and Sustainability workstreams.
· Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies related to these domains and drive resolution.
Compliance & Security
· Ensure processes comply with internal and external regulatory requirements (e.g., labor laws, data privacy, IFRS, audit standards, ESG reporting).
· Collaborate with IT/security teams to implement secure solutions across Finance, HR, Planning, and Sustainability.
Skills & Qualifications
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Sustainability, or related field.
· 8–10 years of experience in ERP implementations (preferably Oracle Fusion) in asset-intensive or airport environments.
· Strong technical expertise in Finance, HR, Enterprise Planning, Sustainability process design, automation, and system integration.
· Experience coordinating with data, change management, sustainability, and IT teams.
· Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
· Professional certifications in Oracle HCM, Oracle Finance, Oracle Planning, sustainability management, and project management.
