Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Finance Manager to join our growing Food & Beverage organization in Qatar. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of food and beverage (F&B) operations, and the ability to support business growth through effective financial planning, control, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

-Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

-Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local regulations.

-Monitor cash flow, cost control, inventory, and profit margins specific to food and beverage (F&B) operations.

-Develop and manage budgets, variance analysis, and financial performance reports.

-Ensure compliance with Qatar financial laws, tax regulations, and internal policies.

-Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.

-Support senior management with strategic financial insights and decision-making.

-Implement and improve financial systems, processes, and internal controls

-Supervise and guide the finance and accounts team.

Requirements

-Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA / ACCA / CMA preferred).

-Minimum 5–7 years of experience, with proven experience in the F&B industry.

-Strong understanding of cost control, inventory management, and restaurant financials.

-Experience working in Qatar or the GCC is highly preferred.

-Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

-Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

-Must be currently based in Qatar.

-Immediate availability is mandatory.
