Lead HR - International Operations (Pharmaceutical Sector)

Job Status: Full Time Onsite

Required Experience: 10+ Years (Senior/Lead HR Experience)

Qualification: MBA from IBA, LUMS, or Reputed Foreign University

Location: Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee end-to-end HR operations across local and international offices
- Drive talent management, workforce planning, and leadership development initiatives
- Act as a strategic HR business partner to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Implement and support HR digital transformation initiatives
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and international best practices
- Manage stakeholder relationships across multiple geographies

Requirements:

- Strong experience in senior/lead HR roles with international exposure
- In-depth knowledge of HR operations, talent management, and HR strategy
- Tech-driven mindset with exposure to AI, BI, and Digital HR Transformation
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
