Lead HVAC Installer — JMAP Services Inc.

Join a well-established, family run HVAC team and lead installations that you’ll be proud of. JMAP Services Inc. is hiring a full-time Lead Installer to run residential/light commercial change‑outs and new system installs from start to finish.

What you’ll do

• Lead HVAC replacements and new installations (split systems, heat pumps, gas furnaces, ductless‑splits, boiler/hydronic systems, high velocity).
• Set equipment, run and braze linesets, fabricate/fit duct, set condensate/venting, low/high voltage wiring, start-up of systems.
• Verify airflow and refrigerant charge; complete QA checklists and customer walk-throughs.
• Coordinate with dispatch and suppliers; ensure materials and jobsite readiness.

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of hands-on HVAC install experience with a track record leading crews.
• Strong knowledge of residential/light commercial install best practices and local codes.
• Proficiency with brazing, flaring, vacuum and evacuation, nitrogen purging, and electrical.
• Ability to read plans, interpret spec sheets, and complete start-up/commissioning.
• Clean driving record, reliable transportation, and professional customer communication.
• Can lift 50–75 lbs, work on ladders/roofs, and in attics/crawlspaces.
