• Translate customer requirements into the design of new DevOps/CI-CD components under the guidance of the Lead/Architect.

• Develop, debug, test, document and support new and existing DevOps solutions (on-premises and cloud).

• Design, install, configure and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines and associated tools (e.g., Jenkins, Bamboo, Docker, Kubernetes).

• Automate infrastructure provisioning (on-prem and cloud) using tools like Ansible, Puppet, Chef, PowerShell, Terraform.

• Integrate build, deployment, code-quality and test automation tools (e.g., SonarQube, Selenium, JUnit) and manage repositories/artifacts (Git, Nexus).

• Lead at least one Agile team, provide guidance to DevOps Engineers, review their code and mentor junior resources.

• Monitor and optimise DevOps-process efficiency, cost, quality and reuse of components.

• Onboard new application teams onto DevOps pipelines, create training materials and SOPs for tool usage and processes.

• Communicate status to stakeholders, prepare reports, maintain SLAs for onboarding and ticket support.

• Validate solutions with user representatives, support complex troubleshooting beyond standard SOPs, and continuously improve the DevOps environment.
