Job Title: Digital Operational Resilience Analyst

Location: Trivandrum / Chennai / Bangalore / Kochi
Experience: 5+ years

Must-Have Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services, ideally within investment management organizations.

• Deep understanding of the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) and the ability to interpret and apply its regulatory requirements.

• Strong knowledge of investment management systems such as order management systems, portfolio modelling systems, trading platforms, and research systems.

• Proven experience in business and process modeling.

• Understanding of technical ICT services, processes, business resilience, and recovery procedures.

• Experience in designing and facilitating workshops and training sessions.

• Ability to design and participate in scenario testing exercises to evaluate resilience under various stress conditions.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders (IT, Risk, Compliance, Business Units) to define realistic disruption scenarios.

• Strong communication and analytical skills.

• Working knowledge of the full project lifecycle, project management tools, and methodologies.

• Strong risk identification and management skills in digital and operational contexts.

Good-to-Have Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in process improvement initiatives.

• Familiarity with continual process improvement methodologies and automation opportunities.

• Understanding of infrastructure components not directly managed by internal teams and how to work with external stakeholders to address them.

• Ability to recommend and implement measurement and monitoring processes for sustainability.

• Exposure to technical resilience frameworks and scenario-based testing environments.

• Some hands-on project management experience.

• Ability to share best practices and insights on digital operational resilience requirements and risk mitigations.
