Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced DocuSign CLM Administrator / CPQ Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ and DocuSign CLM to support system configuration, customization, and integration. The role involves managing CLM workflows and CPQ development tasks to streamline contract and quoting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize DocuSign CLM components such as Forms, Templates, Clause Library, Approvals, and Workflows.

• Develop and maintain Salesforce CPQ functionalities, including pricing rules, product bundles, and quote processes.

• Handle project tasks, change requests, bug fixes, and enhancements across Build, QA, UAT, and deployment phases.

• Manage integration points and data flows between Salesforce CRM, CPQ, and DocuSign CLM systems.

• Collaborate with UAT teams to define and execute test cases for both CLM and CPQ components.

• Troubleshoot system issues, work with 3rd-party vendors, and ensure data quality.

Must Have Skills:

• 4+ years experience with DocuSign CLM platform including Forms, Templates, Clause Library, Workflows, Approvals, and User Management.

• Strong experience as a Salesforce CPQ Developer: configuring and customizing CPQ components like product rules, pricing, and quote processes.

• Salesforce Administrator experience with Salesforce.com and CPQ projects.

• Experience in deploying Salesforce and DocuSign components to production environments.

• Functional knowledge of Contract Lifecycle Management systems and their integration with Salesforce CRM, CPQ, and DocuSign eSignature.

Good to Have Skills:

• Experience administering DocuSign Insight.

• Integration experience with enterprise systems such as Oracle.

• Understanding of Quote-to-Cash business processes.

• Knowledge of UAT and regression testing for Salesforce CPQ and DocuSign CLM.
