Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks using Python and Playwright (or equivalent tools).
• Implement and execute performance testing strategies to ensure application scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and QA engineers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality software.
• Continuously explore and adopt new tools, frameworks, and technologies to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
• Participate in code reviews, contribute to CI/CD pipelines, and ensure seamless integration of test automation into the development lifecycle.
• Analyze test results, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable insights to improve system performance.
• Automate testing for AWS services such as Lambda, ECS/Fargate, SQS, and DynamoDB.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python for automation scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright (preferred) or other automation tools such as Selenium or Cypress.
• Solid understanding of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Locust, Gatling).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Exposure to containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured).
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools.
