Experience Range: 3 - 5years

Must-Have Skills:

• 3+ years of Salesforce.com (SFDC) testing experience
• Extensive experience across all phases of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
• Hands-on experience in Functional, Integration, System, Sanity, Regression, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and End-to-End Testing
• Experience with Salesforce Clouds: Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud
• Experience testing Salesforce objects: Accounts, Opportunities, Leads, Contacts, Reports, Quotes
• Experience in Requirement and Defect Management tools: Azure DevOps, Jira, or HPQC
• Ability to create test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Basic knowledge of SQL/SOQL
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate with global IT/Business stakeholders

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Preferred experience with Automation Testing using Opkey Tool
• Experience with Quoting Tools, preferably SPIFF
• Experience in Quote Management
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel functionalities

Responsibilities:

• Execute comprehensive testing across Salesforce Clouds and related applications
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to understand requirements and report defects
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Participate in UAT, Regression, and End-to-End Testing
• Support automation testing initiatives and reporting as required
