Position: SAP SD, OTC Consultant
Location: Any UST India (Shift: 2 PM – 11 PM IST)

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD/CS with strong functional knowledge of the Services to Cash (S2C) or Order to Cash (OTC) lifecycle.

• Proven expertise in configuring:

  • Sales Organization structure

  • Item categories

  • Pricing procedures

  • Condition types

  • Service order processing

  • Contracts, billing models, and project-based service scenarios

• Strong understanding of revenue recognition and service billing models.

• Deep knowledge of integration points with SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and MM (Materials Management) modules.

• Experience in gathering business requirements, functional design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and technical teams.

• Prior experience working with US-based clients.

• Willingness and ability to work in evening shift (2 PM – 11 PM IST) to support US operations.

• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.

Good-to-Have Qualifications:

• Exposure to SAP CS (Customer Service) or SAP S/4HANA environment.

• Knowledge of project systems (PS) integration in service scenarios.

• Experience with workflow configuration, output management, or custom enhancements related to SD processes.

• Familiarity with tools like Solution Manager, JIRA, or ServiceNow for requirement and incident tracking.

• SAP Certification in SD or related modules.
