Must-Have Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in SOC compliance, internal audit, or external audit.

• Strong understanding of SOC1, SOC2, SOX frameworks, application controls, and internal control concepts.

• Expertise in conducting walkthroughs, control design assessment, operating effectiveness testing, and audit documentation.

• Proficiency in process flow mapping, control documentation, and evaluation of IPE (Information Provided by the Entity).

• Ability to coordinate with Control Owners, auditors, and management to support compliance and audit readiness.

• Advanced MS Excel (functions, pivot tables, data analysis) and working knowledge of Power BI.

• Strong data analytics capabilities for supporting audit testing.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently, collaborate across teams, and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Good-to-Have

• Experience with Big 4 audit firms.

• Professional certification such as CISA or equivalent.

• Strong PowerPoint skills and experience preparing management-level reports and presentations.

• Familiarity with audit management or GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) tools.
