Role description

Role Proficiency:

Create and Organise testing process based on project requirement and manage test activities within team

    Seeking an experienced ERP Test Lead to lead the end-to-end testing strategy, planning, and execution for ERP transformation projects related to mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures. All UST locations-India Shift timing - 1pm-10 pm (Supporting European Time zone) Key skills - Workday Test lead, Mergers and Acquisitions, Workday HCM Core Lead all testing efforts (planning, preparation, execution, and closure) for ERP systems impacted by M&A activities. Collaborate with business units, integration teams, functional consultants, and third-party vendors to define test requirements, scenarios, and acceptance criteria. Develop and manage the M&A ERP Test Strategy, test plans, test schedules, and defect management processes. Ensure comprehensive testing coverage across modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HR, and others as applicable. Oversee System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression Testing, and Data Validation in the context of merged or divested environments. Coordinate with data migration teams to validate ETL results and data integrity across legacy and target ERP systems. Identify and manage test dependencies across multiple workstreams including applications, infrastructure, and business units. Track test metrics and provide regular reporting to project leadership on testing progress, risks, and issues. Support change management and end-user training teams by providing validated test scripts and results.
