Lead Infant Teacher

Job Overview

We are currently seeking a fully qualified and classroom experienced Infant Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate must bring a caring, nurturing, patient and fun-loving approach to their duties and responsibilities. Must demonstrate a high level of maturity, punctuality, dependability and responsible character. Excellent written and verbal communication skill are also required.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing weekly lesson plans.
• Planning age-appropriate fun activities that support physical, social/emotional, cognitive, and language development.
• Performing all caregiving tasks, including hygiene routines, feedings, learning activities, nurturing and bonding with the infants/toddlers, etc.
• Routine observations and assessments.
• Maintaining classroom organization and thorough daily & periodic cleaning routines

Qualifications

• CDA (Child Development Associate) certification OR.
• 30-60 college credits (minimum of 6 credits in Early Childhood Education), AND
• 1-2 years of infant classroom experience required.

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
