Lead Kitchen Designer/Sales Representative

Job Overview

Cabinet IQ of Denver has a beautiful showroom in Lone Tree and are seeking a talented Lead Kitchen Designer with a background and deep understanding of kitchen cabinet design to join our team. As a Kitchen Designer, you will be responsible for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing kitchen designs for our clients. If you have a passion for kitchen/interior design and enjoy working with customers to bring their dream kitchens to life, we want to hear from you.

Duties:

- Provide a 5-star client experience in design and sales through client education, accurate measure/design and follow through

- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints

- Provide clients with product recommendations for cabinets and countertops

- Create detailed kitchen and bath layouts and designs using 2020 Design Live Software

- Present design concepts to clients and make revisions based on feedback

- Pursue new business

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years experience in kitchen and interior design.

- Strong knowledge of kitchen remodeling trends and products

- Must be proficient in design 2020 Design Live software with minimum 3 years experience

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions

- Experience in account management and outside sales is a plus

- Exceptional customer service skills to maintain client relationships

- Detailed-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills

Job Type:

- Full-time pay: Highly competitive salary plus commissions.

- Supplemental pay types: Bonus opportunities, Commission pay, Uncapped commission

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
