Lead Low Voltage Technician

Innerlink Security & Sound is seeking an experienced low voltage technician.

Must be familiar with all aspects of alarm systems, pool alarms, surveillance, central vacuums, audio, video, intercom systems, networking and home automation.

The applicant would be responsible for installing, programming, testing and troubleshooting.

Applicants must be self-motivated, reliable, punctual, friendly, well-groomed and have the ability to work well with others.

Responsibilities:

• Alarm system installation and programming
• Calibrating home theater systems
• Audiovisual equipment rack integration
• Voice control integration
• Access control configuration
• Surveillance system configuration
• Network configuration
• Complete audio/video installs and setup
• Troubleshooting of low voltage systems

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two+ (2+) years installing, servicing, and maintaining low voltage systems.
• Access Control and Video Surveillance Experience
• IT related experience
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Successful completion of drug testing and background check
• Clean driving record
• Ability to read blueprints
• AV Experience a bonus as well
• Solid experience on new construction projects preferred
• Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for helping others
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• MUST BE DETAIL ORIENTATED!

Physical Requirements:

• Lifting up to 50 pounds. Perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, kneeling, standing and walking significant distances.
• Work from ladders
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools.

We are located in Cape Coral, FL and service 100 mile radius from our office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
