Lead Management Executive (CRM) - Real Estate

Position Summary:

Al Ruwad Real Estate is looking for a highly skilled, detail-oriented and results-driven Lead Management Coordinator / Executive (CRM) with a proven track record in the Dubai real estate market.

We are seeking a proactive and system efficient lead management professional to manage, qualify, and streamline real estate inquiries through our CRM. This role serves as the first point of contact for potential buyers and investors, ensuring that only high-quality, well-documented leads are passed to the sales team. The ideal candidate will assess lead readiness, maintain accurate CRM records, and support the sales team in achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, track, and manage incoming real estate leads through the company CRM (Betrix24).
  • Engage with leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email to assess interest, intent, budget, and readiness to invest.
  • Qualify leads based on criteria set by the sales team (location, investment purpose, timeline, etc.).
  • Update lead status, conversations, and insights accurately in the CRM.
  • Assign qualified leads to appropriate sales agents based on specialization and availability.
  • Re-engage cold or inactive leads and maintain a structured follow-up schedule.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.
  • Maintain CRM data hygiene by updating information and removing duplicates or inactive records.
  • Manage DNCR (Do Not Call Registry) compliance when uploading data in the CRM.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Confidence and clarity in handling phone calls and asking qualifying questions.
  • High attention to detail and CRM discipline (no missing notes or follow-ups).
  • Ability to multitask, manage lead flow, and prioritize high-potential opportunities.
  • Familiarity with UAE real estate market and buyer/investor personas (advantageous).
  • Organized, performance-oriented, and follow-through mindset.

Software & Tools Knowledge:

  • CRM Systems: Betrix24, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot (must-have)
  • Communication Tools: WhatsApp Business, bulk email, Gmail, softphone systems
  • Productivity Tools: Google Sheets, Google Docs, Microsoft Office

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in real estate lead management, call center, telesales, or CRM coordination.

· Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (preferably BETRIX24, Salesforce, or similar).
