About the Role

As a Lead Manager, you will help initiate and support communication with potential clients while facilitating the early stages of the sales process. You’ll follow up with leads, document information, and set appointments for the sales team based on clear procedures and tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outreach to new leads via phone, email, and CRM platforms

  • Qualify and nurture leads through the early stages of the pipeline

  • Assist with data entry and organization of lead information

  • Follow standardized outreach processes and communication scripts

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries

  • Maintain accuracy and clarity in all communication-related tasks

Requirements

  • Experience in lead generation, inside sales, or customer-facing roles

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Resimpli, or similar)

  • Willingness to assist with lead management and general administrative tasks

  • Ability to complete responsibilities as directed and documented

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in high-volume sales or marketing environments

  • Exposure to B2B, real estate, or investment sectors

  • Familiarity with sales engagement and automation tools
