Lead Manager – Real Estate Acquisitions (Full-Time | 100% Remote)

Note to Applicants: This position offers a base salary pegged to USD ($500–$700) and is paid in EGP at the current market rate to ensure long-term financial stability for our team.

Our company and operations are based in South Carolina, USA, but this role will be fully remote.

Overview

We are a fast-paced real estate investment firm dedicated to buying and selling homes. We are looking for a high-energy, disciplined Lead Manager to join our team, specifically focusing on the buy side of our transactions.

In this role, you are the "tip of the spear." You will work directly with ownership to contact homeowners, qualify their interest in selling, and set appointments for our acquisition team. This is a high-activity, metric-based position built for someone who is exceptionally comfortable on the phone and thrives in a performance-driven environment.

Evaluation Period (First 30 Days):

  • Duration: Days 1-30
  • Primary Metric: 25% Conversion Rate (Lead → Appointment Met)

Full Integration (Month 2 and Onward):

  • Duration: Month 2+
  • Primary Metric: 35% Conversion Rate + Growth Expectations

Core Responsibilities

  • Outbound Acquisitions: Conduct high-volume daily outbound calls to homeowners.
  • Lead Qualification: Identify motivated sellers and ensure appointments are high-quality.
  • CRM Management: Maintain meticulous notes and lead dispositions in our database.
  • Training: Complete a 7-day intensive training "co-pilot" phase with ownership.
  • Professionalism: Handle objections with confidence, empathy, and persistence.

Work Schedule & Environment

  • Status: Full-Time.
  • Location: 100% Remote.
  • Requirements: A dedicated, quiet workspace and a stable high-speed internet connection are mandatory. This is not a "flexible hours" role; you must be present and active during your scheduled shifts.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • The Voice: Persuasive, professional, and comfortable discussing sales terms.
  • The Discipline: Punctual and able to hit targets without being micro-managed.
  • The Experience: Real Estate experience (acquisitions/wholesaling) is highly preferred and qualifies you for the higher base pay tier.

Compensation & Bonus Structure

1. Monthly Base Salary (Full-Time):

  • Real Estate Experienced in Lead Manager Role: $700 USD / month (Paid in EGP at market rate)
  • Has some Real Estate Experience: $500 USD / month (Paid in EGP at market rate)

2. Performance Bonuses (Per Contract Signed):

  • 1 – 100 Contracts: $75 per contract (Paid in EGP at current market rate)
  • 101 – 125 Contracts: $100 per contract (Paid in EGP at current market rate)
  • 126+ Contracts: $125 per contract (Paid in EGP at current market rate)

Technical Proficiency Requirements

The successful candidate must have a strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM for meticulous lead tracking, pipeline management, and data entry. Additionally, you must be highly proficient in using professional dialer phone systems to maintain high-volume outbound calling efficiency. You should be comfortable navigating these platforms simultaneously while engaging in high-stakes conversations with homeowners.

Other Requirements

  • Must have some real estate experience. Please do not apply if you have never worked in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be one who has worked with other investment companies in the US and are familiar with inbound/outbound calls, appointment setting, conversions and sales metrics.
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Must be able to work Eastern Time Zone
