Lead - Marketing

We are currently hiring for the role of Lead - Marketing for our Egypt regional office, where you

will be responsible for assisting in creation of overall marketing and sales strategies and ensuring effective marketing and communication activities being delivered on time and within budget.

The Ideal candidate should be:

• Graduate in Marketing or Business Administration
• 5+ Years experience in marketing/ advertising with background in luxury real estate industry.
• Should have excellent communication skills in English along with Arabic.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Supporting and handling day to day marketing activities for Sales and Marketing.
2. Managing creative agencies with expertise and ensuring proper execution of QD Egypt’s strategic communication plan.
3. Supporting in development of creative artwork and campaigns tailored to support launch plans and promote QD Egypt’s brand awareness internally and externally.
4. Identifying target markets and work with insights and market research agencies to inform content and campaign planning.
5. Evaluating monthly and quarterly performance of different creative agencies and suggesting recommendations according to the plans.
6. Overseeing the development of all marketing materials to ensure communication are aligned with campaign goals, creative briefs, and brand guidelines.
7. Managing and following up with agencies -branding, advertising, events to ensure that all activities are in line with business objectives.
