Job Summary:
As a Product Lead
, you will play a key role in driving the success of our home appliances product portfolio. You will be responsible for managing product lifecycle activities, analyzing market trends, supporting product launches, and working cross-functionally to ensure the product strategy aligns with customer needs and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Product Lifecycle Management:

Oversee the complete lifecycle of products from concept to phase-out, including planning, development, launch, and post-launch optimization.

Market & Competitive Analysis:

Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and risks.

Product Launches:

Support cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, supply chain, R&D) to ensure successful product launches and rollouts.

Sales Enablement:
-
Collaborate with the sales team to provide product training, technical documentation, and promotional materials.

Performance Tracking:
-
Monitor and analyze product performance, margins, and pricing strategies. Recommend adjustments to optimize product profitability and positioning.

Customer Insights:

Work closely with regional teams and consumer research functions to understand end-user behavior and adapt products or messaging accordingly.

Compliance & Quality:

Coordinate with quality assurance and regulatory teams to ensure all products meet compliance, safety, and quality standards.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).

7+ years of experience in product management or a similar role, preferably in consumer goods or home appliances.

Strong understanding of B2C markets, especially in durable goods.

Experience working in a multinational and cross-functional environment.

Knowledge of product development processes, supply chain, and go-to-market strategies.
