Beko Corporate is hiring a Lead Marketing Product Management

Job Summary:

As a Product Lead , you will play a key role in driving the success of our home appliances product portfolio. You will be responsible for managing product lifecycle activities, analyzing market trends, supporting product launches, and working cross-functionally to ensure the product strategy aligns with customer needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Lifecycle Management:
  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of products from concept to phase-out, including planning, development, launch, and post-launch optimization.
  • Market & Competitive Analysis:
  • Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and risks.
  • Product Launches:
  • Support cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, supply chain, R&D) to ensure successful product launches and rollouts.
  • Sales Enablement:
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide product training, technical documentation, and promotional materials.
  • Performance Tracking:
  • Monitor and analyze product performance, margins, and pricing strategies. Recommend adjustments to optimize product profitability and positioning.
  • Customer Insights:
  • Work closely with regional teams and consumer research functions to understand end-user behavior and adapt products or messaging accordingly.
  • Compliance & Quality:
  • Coordinate with quality assurance and regulatory teams to ensure all products meet compliance, safety, and quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in product management or a similar role, preferably in consumer goods or home appliances.
  • Strong understanding of B2C markets, especially in durable goods.
  • Experience working in a multinational and cross-functional environment.
  • Knowledge of product development processes, supply chain, and go-to-market strategies.
