Job Responsibilities:
- Performance Marketing Strategy:
- Develop, implement, and manage performance-driven marketing campaigns across digital channels including paid search, social media, display ads, and email.
- Optimize campaigns to achieve business KPIs, including return on investment (ROI), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and lifetime value (LTV).
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
- Continuously analyze and test new digital marketing strategies and channels to improve campaign performance.
- Campaign Management:
- Manage and optimize campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
- Set up A/B tests and multivariate tests to improve ad performance.
- Monitor and adjust bidding strategies, targeting, and ad creatives to ensure optimal performance.
- Track and measure campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and others to ensure the achievement of targets.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Use analytics tools to track, report, and analyze performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization.
- Develop weekly/monthly reports highlighting key campaign metrics and insights to present to stakeholders.
- Analyze conversion data and funnel performance to identify areas for improvement.
- SEO & SEM:
- Collaborate with the SEO team to align paid search campaigns with organic search strategies.
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO improvements to increase organic traffic.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to ensure cost-effective customer acquisition.
- Budget Management:
- Manage the digital marketing budget effectively to achieve the best possible ROI.
- Ensure campaigns are executed within budget and on time, adjusting spend based on performance.
- Creative Collaboration:
- Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and email templates.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure messaging is aligned across all channels.
- Customer Journey Optimization:
- Identify and optimize key touchpoints along the customer journey to drive conversions.
- Implement retargeting and remarketing strategies to re-engage users who have shown interest but have not converted.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or paid media.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media platforms.
- Experience with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Experience with A/B testing and multivariate testing methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
