Key Responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle of policies and procedures (authoring, review, approval, communication)
- Maintain corporate process architecture; lead RACI, controls, and handoffs
- Conduct gap analyses; prioritize improvements and assign ownership
- Develop KPI frameworks and performance review cadence
- Lead Lean Six Sigma/Kaizen initiatives to improve quality, cost, and service
- Collaborate with IT/BI to automate reporting and chair monthly reviews
- Align process design with system changes; manage change initiatives
- Build process capability through toolkits, playbooks, and training
Capabilities & Competencies
- Strong facilitation, change leadership, and cross-functional alignment
- Structured problem-solving with focus on benefits realization
- High data literacy and outcome-driven analytics
- Program governance, risk, and dependency management
Qualifications & Experience
- 5–12 years in process excellence/continuous improvement (transport/services preferred)
- Degree in Engineering, Quality, or Business
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (preferred); EFQM/ISO integration experience
- Proven KPI design and performance management expertise

- Visio, RACI, change management tools
- Lean Six Sigma: Pareto, Fishbone, 5-Why
- Power BI, Tableau, Balanced Scorecard, benefits tracking
