• Track and report the progress of global projects on a regular basis,
• Analyze process and system development requests, define AI and automation use cases, and manage testing and validation activities.
• Set process goals for new projects and create necessary procedures for implementation.
• Collaborate with IT teams to develop and improve AI-enabled digital applications and platforms,
• Drive standardization, simplification and digitization of global customer care processes and systems,
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, analytics and automation to improve customer experience, reduce operational costs and support revenue generation.
• Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and customer care trends, providing recommendations for adoption and global rollout.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or a related field
• Proven experience in business planning, process analysis and design, business and functional requirements analysis, test organization, end-user interviews, and change management
• Having a strategic approach to understand stakeholder objectives & requirements.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Flexible and open to new perspectives,
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools
• Strong interest in AI, data-driven decision making and digital transformation
