Key Responsibilities:
Quality Standards & Process Compliance
- Develop and implement quality assurance procedures for property sales, leasing, and facility management operations.
- Conduct regular audits of property listings, documentation, and client service interactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Standardize forms, templates, and service checklists across all real estate activities.
- Monitor adherence to RERA, ADREC, and company standards in all transactions and contracts.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track service quality KPIs across departments (sales, marketing, maintenance, and admin).
- Prepare regular performance and audit reports for management review.
- Identify process gaps, propose improvements, and implement corrective actions.
Customer Experience & After-Sales Quality
- Oversee client feedback systems and ensure timely resolution of complaints or service concerns.
- Audit property handover, inspection, and maintenance reports for accuracy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with leasing and sales teams to ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain accurate records for contracts, tenancy renewals, NOCs, and inspection forms.
- Ensure all property-related documents and communications meet legal and ethical standards.
- Coordinate with finance and HR for compliance on payments, commissions, and staff documentation.
Team Development & Coordination
- Train staff on company quality standards, client service etiquette, and compliance requirements.
- Work closely with brokers, administrators, and maintenance teams to ensure consistent delivery of service excellence.
- Support ISO or internal certification initiatives for operational quality.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in real estate operations, compliance, or quality management.
- Strong understanding of UAE real estate regulations (RERA, ADM, ADREC).
- Experience in brokerage, property management, or facility operations preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and documentation skills.
