Lead Salesforce Developer / Trainer

Position: Salesforce Developer & Technical Trainer

Role Overview

Syncing Soft is expanding its Salesforce practice and looking for a Salesforce Developer who can both deliver high-quality solutions and mentor full-stack developers transitioning into the Salesforce ecosystem. This is a hybrid role — combining hands-on Salesforce development, architecture, and internal training responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and customize solutions on Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud

Lead internal training and mentorship sessions for full-stack developers on:

Salesforce fundamentals (Admin + Developer topics)

Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)

Salesforce best practices, CI/CD, and DevOps (Copado or similar)

Review code and ensure adherence to Salesforce governor limits and security standards

Build integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs

Collaborate with architects and business analysts to translate business needs into technical deliverables

Help define Syncing Soft’s Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE) and internal certification roadmap

Required Skills

4+ years of Salesforce development experience

Strong in Apex, LWC, Triggers, SOQL, Flows, and API integration

Experience with Copado or DevOps Center preferred

Salesforce Developer I & Admin certifications required; Platform App Builder / Developer II preferred

Excellent communication and coaching skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs150,000.00 per month
