About the Role:

The Lead Salesperson at Campers Inn RV of Charleston plays a pivotal role in driving the retail sales of recreational vehicles and related products. This position is responsible for leading the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. The Lead Salesperson will develop and implement effective sales strategies, mentor team members, and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals. This role requires a deep understanding of the RV market, product knowledge, and the ability to communicate value propositions clearly to diverse customer segments. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the automotive or recreational vehicle industry.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing a sales team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
