Lead School Age Teacher

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate School Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment that fosters the academic and social development of students. This role involves implementing effective instructional strategies, managing classroom behavior, and engaging with students to promote their overall growth. A strong background in early childhood education and experience with diverse learning needs is highly desirable.

Duties

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
• Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain a focused learning atmosphere.
• Assess student progress through standardized testing and ongoing evaluations.
• Provide individualized support for students with special educational needs, including early intervention strategies.
• Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and specialists to enhance student learning experiences.
• Incorporate literacy education and math concepts into daily activities.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with educational best practices.
• Participate in school events and contribute to the overall school community.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with children in an educational setting, such as preschool or daycare.
• Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management strategies.
• Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, and teaching methodologies including Montessori approaches.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff.
• Experience in tutoring or teaching physical education is a plus.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
