POSITION OVERVIEW:
Work with Security Ops Center Agents on all day-to-day activities related to the job.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Work with Security Ops Center Agents, conduct daily briefings and end-of-shift reports, review incident logs for accuracy
2. Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for incident response, documentation and escalation
3. Act as first point of escalation for complex or high-priority incidents
4. Monitor perimeter detection systems, voice-down technology, gate and visitor management platforms and alerting systems
5. Monitor social media platforms for threats to employees/assets and initiate response as deemed necessary according to policy and procedure
6. Coordinate with appropriate defined employees, leadership, departments and external agencies during emergencies
7. Assist field security to support investigations by researching and providing information and timelines
8. Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures
9. Perform other duties as required
