We are hiring on behalf of our client, a leading IT services company in Dubai, for the position of Lead ServiceNow Developer (ITSM, ITOM, H&S)

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead ServiceNow Developer (ITSM, ITOM, H&S) with expertise in ITSM, ITOM, and H&S modules. The Lead ServiceNow Developer (ITSM, ITOM, H&S) will be responsible for configuring and customizing ServiceNow H&S applications while ensuring solutions align with business and architectural requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize ServiceNow H&S applications, including Incident, Hazard, Inspections, and Risk Assessments modules
• Develop and enhance forms, workflows, dashboards, and notifications
• Implement and manage role-based access controls (ACLs)
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and other team members to deliver high-quality solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–6 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow Studio
• Experience with Flow Designer, App Engine, and Service Portal
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required
• Primary skills: ITSM, ITOM, H&S
• Secondary skills: JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting (Glide API)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED28,000.00 - AED35,000.00 per month
