Overview:

SharePoint Solutions Lead to drive the continued development, implementation, and optimization of SharePoint across the organization. This role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of a newly implemented SharePoint environment and shape it from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead SharePoint design, administration, and implementation across all business units.
  • Build and enhance modern SharePoint sites aligned with corporate branding.
  • Manage governance, permissions, and security models.
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to improve productivity and workflows.
  • Utilize Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps) for workflow automation.
  • Provide hands-on technical support and system troubleshooting.
  • Document configurations, standards, and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of SharePoint administration and design experience.
  • 2+ years as a Lead SharePoint Administrator (current experience required).
  • Proven experience implementing SharePoint from scratch (startup or mid-size company background only).
  • Strong knowledge of SharePoint architecture, governance, and security.
  • Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Lists, Libraries, Workflows.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $50.45 - $60.75 per hour
