Job Title: Senior Dynamics 365 Developer

Job Description:
Client is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Developer experienced with Microsoft Power Platform, including Dynamics 365, PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement with a focus on the Customer Service module.
  • Customize, configure, develop, and deploy Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Assist in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, design, implementation, testing, and support of Power Platform solutions.
  • Design and develop new web components using .NET, SQL, Azure, Power Platform, and C#.
  • Troubleshoot, document, and resolve Dynamics 365 technical issues, collaborating with IT resources as needed.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of Microsoft’s licensing model for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • Follow best practices for business solutions and help define/refine governance for platform usage.
  • Create and distribute documentation on platform usage.
  • Prepare mockups and prototypes based on requirements, recommending features and tools as appropriate.
  • Serve as a liaison between IT and business units for issue logging, tracking, and resolution.
  • Advise business units on technology options and recommend optimal solutions for requirements.
  • Contribute to process and policy improvement within the Business Enablement Services program.
  • Participate in DevOps activities within Power Platform (Power Pipelines/ALM Accelerator) when applicable.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required/Desired Skills:

  • 5+ years D365 Technical Lead Experience (Required)
  • 8+ years experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service Solution Management (Required)
  • 8+ years experience in D365 Customization of Forms, Views, Plug-Ins, etc. (Required)
  • 5+ years custom development experience with .Net, JavaScript, and C# (Required)
  • 3+ years with Power Platform & Dataverse (Required)
  • 3+ years with PowerApps & Power Automate Connectors (Required)
  • 2+ years experience with DevOps in Power Platform/D365 (Desired)
  • 5+ years Data Integrations/Migrations experience, including ADF/SSIS (Desired)
