Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Strategy: Define and maintain scalable software architecture that meets both business and technical requirements.

Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of developers. Conduct code reviews, guide best practices, and support team growth.

End-to-End Development: Oversee the development lifecycle—from requirements gathering to deployment and monitoring—ensuring clean, maintainable code.

Technical Excellence: Drive improvements in testing, CI/CD pipelines, code quality, and system performance.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with product managers, designers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Innovation: Stay ahead of technology trends and introduce new tools, frameworks, and practices that improve our software products.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: 6+ years in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or mentoring role.

Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in modern development frameworks (React, Vue, Django, Node.js, etc.), cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and database systems.

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire software development teams.

Mindset: Pragmatic and solution-oriented. Knows when to iterate quickly and when to focus on long-term robustness.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ﷼280,000.00 - ﷼350,000.00 per year
