Lead Software Engineer – L3 (ServiceNow) | Fulltime
Brief Job / Project Description:
Design and govern the implementation of a federated enterprise service model using ServiceNow CSM and Service Catalog, enabling interdepartmental service consumption, chargeback/showback, and integration with SAP FICO for billing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define overall ServiceNow architecture for federated services model
- Design service taxonomy, catalog structure, and provider-consumer model
- Lead integration strategy with SAP (FICO, billing modules)
- Establish governance, data models, and financial tracking frameworks
- Ensure scalability, security, and compliance
Deliverables / Expected Outcomes:
- High-Level & Low-Level Design documents
- Service Catalog & CSM architecture blueprint
- Integration architecture with SAP
- Governance and operating model framework
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 9+ years of experience.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow CSM & Service Catalog
- Experience with financial management & chargeback models
- Integration design (REST/SOAP, middleware)
- Data modeling & CMDB
Tools / Platforms / Technologies:
- ServiceNow
- SAP S/4HANA (FICO modules)
- IntegrationHub / Middleware (MuleSoft)
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in shared services / GBS models
- Knowledge of ITBM / Financial Management in ServiceNow
Certifications (if any):
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CSM)
